As the Development Manager, Ferrari Development (FD) played a pivotal role in the establishment of a new Health Clinic in Maurice, Louisiana for the esteemed Ochsner Health System. Renowned for their commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare across Louisiana, Mississippi, and the Gulf South, Ochsner Health System's mission resonates through their values of service, healing, leadership, education, and innovation.

This essential facility, nestled in the rural setting of Maurice, occupies approximately an acre of land. The building itself extends to about 7,000 square feet, thoughtfully designed to serve dual purposes. One half of the clinic operates as a community urgent care center, providing immediate and vital health services to local residents. The other half is dedicated to physical therapy, offering rehabilitation and wellness services essential for patient recovery and well-being.

This project not only underscores the role of FD in effective development management but also highlights the commitment to enhancing healthcare accessibility in rural communities.
