Typical facilities span 1.5 to 2 acres, with a main building around 3,500 sq. ft. and various supplementary structures like vacuum canopies, vac house enclosures, and vehicle prep areas. Setting the gold standard in the industry, these car washes integrate cutting-edge technology to elevate the customer experience. With hundreds of locations up and running, OLP Wash Partners plays a crucial role in the active and upcoming expansions. The partnership handles all stages of development: from land acquisition to design, permitting, and construction.
